روبوت كوكا يلتقط الكراتين من رف المستودع ويضعها على طبلية EUR 1200x800. المسك يتم عند وصول المقبض إلى الصندوق وليس بسحب الصندوق تلقائيا.

A KUKA robot picks cartons from a warehouse rack and places them on a EUR 1200x800 pallet. The gripper grasps on contact; the box is not snapped to the tool.

مشروع توأم رقمي لخلية مناولة صناعية. الروبوت KUKA KR QUANTEC يقف بين رف مصدر WH-01 وطبلية مقصد PAL-01، مع خزانة تحكم KR C4 ولوحة تشغيل HOME / CYCLE / STOP.

دورة العمل: اقتراب من المستودع، نزول خطي إلى سطح الكرتون، التقاط عند التلامس فقط، سفر مرتفع، ثم وضع على الطبلية. المخزون 6 كراتين على مستويين. بعد امتلاء الطبلية يمكن إعادة الدورة.

هذا عرض محاكاة داخل Unity وليس تحكما بروبوت حقيقي.

Full description (English)
Digital twin of an industrial handling cell. A KUKA KR QUANTEC robot stands between source rack WH-01 and destination pallet PAL-01, with a KR C4 cabinet and operator panel HOME / CYCLE / STOP.

Cycle: approach warehouse, linear descend to carton top, grasp only if the tool is within reach, high travel, then place on the pallet. Stock is 6 cartons on two shelves. After the pallet is full the cycle can restart.

This is a Unity simulation, not control of a real robot.

How to run
1. Unzip
2. Open the folder in Unity Hub with editor 6000.5.9f1
3. Press Play
4. Press CYCLE on the panel

Right drag: orbit
Middle drag: pan
Scroll: zoom
F: focus
Home: reset camera
